  57. Let me pint out that Mr. Morero claims to have seen Mr. Linares in
  58. possesion of decompiled code from Clip4win and Clipper lib, and that
  59. they were the SAME module!  No where does he ever say that he saw Mr.
  60. Linares disassemble it, but more importantly he never says that he saw
  61. Mr. Linares  USE that code.  Of course not, he didn't, and if you will
  62. take the time to disassemble the C4W and FiveWin you will find that
  63. this code does not exixt in the FiveWin product.

  65. Now, lets talk about that code that Mr. Morero claims to have seen....

  79. to a judge and jury how you are claiming that Antonio Linares stole
  80. the code which you hacked out of Clipper.lib and that _YOU_ are
  81. entitled to claim that your copyright has been violated, when the code
  82. in question never belonged to you in the first place, but
  83. belonged(belongs) to Computer Associates?
